HTC ARRIVE .. cant retrieve contacts

so we switched to VERIZON since SPRINT is garbage here in az.... so anyways the wife picked up a new LUCID 2 and i have the SPECTRUM 2.... i was able to get my contacts to my sd card and just slide that into my new phone and DONE.... the wifes ARRIVE has all her work contacts and the verizon machine doesnt recognize her phone, my computer doesnt recognize her phone , no SD card in the ARRIVE... she REALLY REALLY REALLY needs the contacts moved over to the new phone... ive done everything ive found on GOOGLE and nothing has worked with her phone...
any ideas ?

Maybe you can try google account or mobile phone transfer tool to transfer contacts between HTC mobile phones directly. Just search the details online.
