How will Google supercharge the os using moto

Will Google be making android Motorola only or something like that? Will this supercharge to the os effect non Motorola hardware aswell?

They don't mean supercharge as in make the OS extremely fast or something like that, they mean their going to take all the legal pressure off of OEMs that make android using Motorolas patents. Motorola and all OEMs that make android, at least google says, will be uneffected and will run the same as they have now.
Edit: Nvm I'm not exactly sure what they mean by supercharge, but I guess we'll see soon enough.
