Very, very misleading title on that article. That graph has absolutely nothing to do with marketshare.

Click on "How is this data calculated?" for an interesting little tidbit:

Marketshare data is calculated from the sum of all traffic across the 170,220 web sites that currently use Clicky Web Analytics.

All that graph shows is that on December 22nd, tons of people decided to get on to websites related to the iPhone that use Clicky Web Analytics...
