How to wipe via stock recovery?

Ive got a pro that a customer returned and they left there pattern lock on and they dont know what it is. How do I access the stock recovery to wipe the phone?

I believe to boot into stock recovery it's something like hold "R" & "M" while powering up...will try to check and see if that is it and let you know...

Another way you could try is by looking at the screen while off and see if theres any fingerprint marks that might make a pattern. It's worth a try so they dont have to wipe everything.

If you do decide to wipe.. after holding down "R" and "M" while lowering up, the hit "@" once you get the "! " screen... you'll get the stock recovery mode and the option to wipe/factory reset..
