first off,go into the market and uncheck automatic updates. then go into settings, manage applications, then click whichever app is the problem and click uninstall updates. you will still have the app up and running but without the problematic update. this won't work if you did uninstall and reinstall the app. did you by any chance have the app backed up on astro?
