Anybody know what happen to Tubemp3 app?

On my old phone I saw it had a update, but would never let me update it for some reason. My old phone crashed and forced me to get a new phone, but now I can't find the app on the market at all. Where it go, and how I get it again?

Google are removing all youtube apps, unless they are officially licensed apps.

If you check out the google developer forums you will see they are coming down hard on a lot of apps, like soundboards, adult, TM etc. Not sure why google are so hard on developers as you would think they would want their market to grow not shrink.

What do we do if we paid for the app? I tried to figure out how to contact the developer but, I can't find an email or anything.
