How to turn screen off?

hello guys

how do i make my phone screen turn off when its charging?

i changed a setting a while ago that makes it stay lit while its charging

but i forgot where it is and can't revert it back

Possibly could be in your phone settings - display - screen timeout...

Settings > applications > development > stay awake

 

[ShowTime]

Settings > applications > development > awake.

But even with that setting on, you can just plug it in and then hit the power button and the screen will sleep.
