The easiest method if you have lots of pics would be to connect to your pc via usb cable with debugging on and in mass storage mode. From the computer internal memory will show as the MOT: drive and your sdcard-ext will be the other. Copy pics from MOT:/DCIM/Camera/ to sdcard-ext:/DCIM/Camera. Then delete them from internal. To store pics by default to the external storage, open the camera app and in settings/tools change the storage location to SD CARD. Also, might want to change Settings > Storage > Storage location > set as SD card.

The easiest way is what gsDroid said. Another way that is fairly painless that does not involve a computer is:

Go to apps.
Select files.
Internal phone storage.
DICM.
Hit menu button (next to home).
Select multiple button.
Select the pictures you want to move.
Select Move.
Hit the backup button till you get back to file manager page.
Select sd card.
Select a folder to use or create your own. (I recommend you set the auto default to sd card, take a few pics, let the phone create the file, then use that folder. It will also be called DICM.)
select move again.
All files will move at one time to the file you told it to go to.

The stock file manager is one of the reasons I came back from the Rezound.
