How to stop continuous play

I was wondering if someone can help me. I have saved 6 different self hynosis sessions in the my music folder. I would only like to listen to one at a time. However, every time I play one, when it's over, it automatically starts the next one. Is there any way to stop it from doing that? Thanks.

Use a file manager (Astro, ES File Explorer, etc.) to play the file. When you do it that way, even if you choose to use Google Music for the actual playback, it still will only play the one file. (in a pop-up if I remember right)
