How to setup Restore Ringer

Does anyone know how to access and setup the restore ringer? When I turn my phone ringer down all the way it says Restore Ringer: When (select when to restore), Profiles (select profile to restore), Vibrate (vibrate when applied). When I click on Profile it says (Profile Not Found). How do I add profiles?
