How to save picture messages?

I don't have a save option anymore since the update

What do I do?

+1 for long press (hold). Do you no longer have the option to "Copy attached to SD card" option??

Should be in a download folder in gallery. Try a reboot.

It should be on the sdcard under download folder.

You may need astro to find it on your phone. Although it might come up in gallery as well.
