This is for folks who have a "STOCK" "UN-Rooted" 2.1 MOTO droid and want to get root access for all of the programs you need root access and busybox installed to run, without having to install someone's custom ROM or anything else. This will leave you with a STOCK rooted 2.1 phone.

My computer (Dell desktop with Windows XP) will not download the SPRecovery_ESE81.sbf file. It says Windows does not reconize this file type. What should I do??
