How to root droid incredible

I just want to know the easiest way to root my droid incredible and what to do once I did it

Well seeing as I'm unrooted at the moment... doubt I'll learn much in the way of rooting. If it becomes evident that GB won't come out... back to rooting lol

Since were on the subject... I am unroot w/ S-OFF. I think I want to go back to S-On since I don't plan to root again. Can anyone give me a step-by-step?
