How to restore TB back to stock

I had a guy root my TB and all was well now my cameras don't work is there a way to fix the cameras or can I restore phone to stock and how I've tried with no luck.

If it's rooted you can flash old stock just make sure you have the correct radio I believe not 100%

Thanks Mad im not good st amy of this where would I get the software or whatever to flash it back to stock and how do I do it? Any help would be appreciated
