how to remove latitude/places

Used root explorer ..looked in system/apps couldn't find anything.

Any ideas?

I believe that Latitude and other stock apps like the Crapbuster app are ones that you can't remove. I've tried especially with Latitude because with that apps permissions it's like a virus. But yeah I just don't think you can remove those. Although I wouldn't be surprised that if you are Rooted, you might have the ability to delete those virus like apps. It seems you can do a lot of stuff like that being Rooted. But I don't wanna chance messing up phone so I'm not going to root it. And that's my decision to all you overly opinionated people that see me write that and wanna tell me how dumb I am because it's so easy, jeez how could you not root!?
