how to remove duplicate icons on the home page

Not sure how this happened but some of my icons are listed 2 or 3 times on my home pages how do I condense them to just one?

Do you want to delete some icons? Just long press the icon you want to get rid of then at the bottom center of the screen when you can drag the icon there will be a trash can you can drop it into to remove it from the home page. This won't uninstall the app, just remove the shortcut.
