How to Remove Applications from Droid Inc

I tried searching for this topic and could only find things about installing apps. I have downloaded a few apps from the Market and now I do not want them on my phone. Can someone please tell me how to uninstall an app? Thank you.

Market > Menu Button > Downloads > Click on the app > Uninstall

Go back to market . Press menu to downloaded apps , look for your app click it and hit uninstall
