How to make navigation to work

How do i get navigation to work on UD 3.1.1 all it does is search for GPS and never finds it.

I had the same issue with 3.1.1.. was driving me crazy. I updated to 3.2.0- just flashed over with no wipe.. no issues like Ive seen before (other than the FB thing) but the navigation works fine now.
