How to: Load Flash on Android

Adobe Community: How do I manually install Flash Player on my Android device?
May be old news to some but I'd bet many don't know you can do this.
Easy as can be! Did it last night. I swear (and I may be nuts) my phone is now operating faster, and of course loading flash videos without a problem nor a separate browser. One plus, Dolphin can be set to run Flash once this is installed.
I was using Photon Browser for this but it is a minor pain.

I did this last year with my phone too. I downloaded the apk file and installed Flash on my Razr M.
