How to install odin files via dropbox?

Can i get some help on how exactly to doenload odin files using dropbox. Im trying to restore my fascinate to stock woth bloatware and all but all the forums on how to do so lead to drop box error 404. I started a dropbox account and everything but i still seem to be going around in circles. Ive been trying to download odin for days. Please help
