How to install a different language

Hello out there,
Anyone know how to add a language for texting ? Right now I have the choice between a few but I would like to add French and can't seem to figure it out .
Thanks for your help, I have had my phone for a week and still learning everyday but loose this phone !

Most texting apps, if you look under settings, there will be a language setting with the option to download others.
