Actully I did not do much
One of my friends adviced me to get Airwatch as he did in his iphone
I downloaded from the market but I do not see how that can help

In the email app, enter your work email's imap information and the email app can pull down your work email.

Check out MobiMail. I use it to get my work email which is webmail based.
