I am wondering if you could restore a rooted Droid RAZR M running on 98.14.94. I might reset my phone because its getting a little slow. Can you factory restore without loosing root? Can you even lose root by factory resetting? By the way, I already have backups of everything. I even did a Titanium Backup of all my user apps including app data. Will OTA Rootkeeper work in this case?

A factory reset will only wipe your data. You will not lose root.

what recovery are you running? is the bootloader cracked?

I have never messed with the boot loader. I am not sure what version it is but I am running the factory stock bootloader. And no it is not unlocked.
