How to end a call? Arrrrg--my mistake

Yes I know dumb question, but here is my problem.
I came to my D2G from the Blackberry Storm. On the BB I was in the habit of hitting the "back" key and I keep mistakenly doing it on the D2G to end a call. (I know there is a big red end call button--its a habit)

Anyway hitting the back key on the Droid takes me "home" or to the last screen and the call continues in the background. How do I get back to the call screen to end the call? Bringing up the dialer does not seem to bring me to the currently connected call, but just the dialer and the end call button does not function. How do I switch applications--so to speak-- to get back to the connected call?

Pull down your notification bar...then press the current call.

You could even just end it from the notification bar.

You can also long-press the home button and get your most recently used apps, including the dialer.
