how to delete uninstalled downloaded RIO apps

Before I read from this forum how to install the free rio, I downloaded 4 copies but none installed. Finally, i downloaded the 5th (from the amazon appstore) and it installed properly.

But,

I have 4 copies somewhere on Droid X. How do I safely remove these.

If it didn't install you have nothing to worry about.
