How do I get Angry Birds RIO new Carnival Level

So apparently as most of you probably know already, they have a new carnival levels for AB-RIO but you have to get the update and.its only available at the Amazon appstore currently. My question is. How do I get it. All I could find was a paid ad-free version of RIO. I couldn't find anyway to update the version I have. So someone who has gotten it, can you show me how to get it

If you already have rio from amazon you need to go to your apps within the amazon app and you will see update all. Hit that and it should tell you that there is an update.

I too purchased from Amazon but it is not providing me the carnival update.
