How do I uninstall or delete an app I have installed?

Settings>apps> manage apps> then find the app click it then you should see uninstall

How do I uninstall or delete an app I have installed?

You can also go into the Market application, going into your application list, where you rate/comment. You have two options to open or uninstall it.
