how to control camera shutter speed?

Is there anyway to control the shutter speed of the camera? I'm willing to accept pics that come out a little dark/grainy but I can't have blurry pics. I am mainly looking for a way to control shutter speed, but ISO and f/stop controls would be nice too.

I believe that you can turn down the resolution of the captured image to a lower megapixel. This I heard takes a quicker pic.

..its a camera phone..and was meant to be a point and shoot. So no there aren't much you can do to tweak the settings.

Other than the settings that come with the camera app, you're pretty much tied up.
