How To Back Up My Device Without Rooting ... Customer Settings, Wallpapers etc

Hi

I have or am in the process of customising my note 2 (non rooted)

eg:
- Go Launcher
- MultiPicture Live Wallpaper
- Simple Text
- Widgets etc

Was Wondering how to actually back these settings up ... just in case I have to factory reset etc ... dont want to have to put all my setting in again.

Is there an app or a settings option that I have overlooked which can do the job of backing things up?
