How to .591 back to .588?

I've searched the web and the forums and can't find an answer. Can someone please tell me the easiest way. My Sirius app isn't working and I hear going back to .588 fixes the issue. Reason being is that .591 slows down 3G.

Yeah, you can sbf back to stock and then upgrade to .588 but in order to avoid that.... Do you have a backup?

Stupid question but will .6 have the .591 tweaks in it???
