How soon will you buy the Droid?

I will be getting mine in a couple weeks. I found this site while doing research to decide if I wanted to spend that much on a phone. I am going to be a complete smart phone/blackberry newb... (fear my pending questions once I actually get the phone!)

Getting Droid this week, Turning over my new Env Touch to the better half, Its Good for what she does, text, talk and music but I was very disappointed there wasn't an "app for that" even though the web browsing wasn't horrible.

I'm in the same boat, as shown from my previous post in this area. I'm see-sawing back and forth about this computer that as an aside, makes phone calls. Since I'm a truck driver, my phone sits suctioned to the windshield all day (or all night, as the case may be) and I'm concerned about battery power.

So, if and when I get mine (which may be today, or next month), this forum better be prepared - ha. :icon_ devil:
