How slow should the battery drain?

I recently got my bionic and put Liberty rom on it but my battery seems to be draining really fast. Took it off the charger around an hour ago and have been just using the browser with 3g and I'm already at 80%. The brightness is set to lowest. I do have apps signed in like Facebook, Skype, and MSN.

Is this normal drain? after I get home I'm going to switch back to stock rom 7.7.893 and compare it.

I just dropped a % while typing this on my phone. Yesterday my phone didn't even make it through the day.

UPDATE 11/19:
I got the extended battery and WOW.
Why don't they make this the pre-installed battery?

Before I couldn't make it through the day without it dying, now it's been on for 11 hours and I'm only at 68%.
I did go to the store and got the 50% discount so it was $27 total.

When I was on the stock battery, i was getting a 10% drain per hour. With the extended battery, I forget to track it. Yesterday I was at 10 hours off the charger at 80% life left. Well worth the bit of bulk. dancedroid

I even have wifi and GPS off.

Ya. I should have mentioned my 10%/hr was with GPS, bluetooth, and wifi turned off- 3g, brightness on automatic, and background data to a minimum. Stock battery sucks. Right now you can get the extended battery (comes with the battery and the new phone back) for half price at Verizon stores.

Here's my battery life with extended battery. Oddly enough, DROID forums isn't even on there and I use that alot.

Well here's mine with normal battery.
Also, I try killing apps with Advanced Task Killer, but they just restart themselves.
Do they use battery or just memory?

Well I have to admit I'm on the .893 leak running the shifter rom with the ICS theme and I don't use task killers, not even the one that came with the bionic. I just let it do it's thing. I do work nights and put my phone into airplane mode when I'm there except when I'm on break.

So I restored the backup of 5.7.893 and the battery is way better.
Something must have been fixed, so I'm going to stick to this.
So you're saying Shifter ROM supports 893 (unlike Liberty)
I must try that.

Edit: I think I was just at 70% and now it says 60%...
Does it only show in increments of 10 lol...
Now I'm not so sure.

Yes, it does support .893, in fact, I think its recommended in the op of that thread.

I installed Purity ROM and I'm happy to be on 5.7.893 again. I just enjoy the keyboard and extra options.
Also, thanks for that heads up about 50% off.
Went up to the store and got the extended battery for $27 total.

Just got the bionic, now I have it charging I think? Is there no light? I saw a flash of an led and its nothingness..lol I always charge before powering on a new, out of box device...??

A couple of Questions......first off, what does it do to the phone when you disable background data? What can your phone NOT do with this disabled?
