How Much Processor Space is Needed?

If I look at settings > applications > running services I see that on at the bottom of the list it says:

Other: 81 MB in 4 .......................Avail: 188 MB + 210 MB in 52

What does all that mean? Am I overtaxing the processor with those numbers? What is the minimum that must be in the Avail: section for processor to be running at a good speed

That is memory usage and nothing to do with processor. Don't worry about it, if there is more needed, the OS will shut down items to allow new things to run.

I know my Droid 1 got slower and slower as I added apps. I'm trying to avoid that in the tbolt. I'm looking for a quantitative way to make sure I'm not running so many apps that the phone acts up.

The Bolt has triple the amount of memory as the D1. I would just not sweat it too much.
