How do you have that many? I definitely don't know that many people well enough to have their numbers.. is it a collection over the years that you keep to make it seem like you have a lot of friends? Kind of like having thousands of myspace friends in my opinion.
I have about 70 that I can say I talk to mostly regularly

Wow, this is almost like a Facebook friend thing. I'm constantly amazed that some people on Facebook have hundreds of friends - I don't even know that many people.
So like Facebook, I have few friends/contacts. I have 14.

It has nothing to do with Facebook or "I have more contacts than you". These are people that are friends, family, employees and people I may need to talk to at some point in the future. I work in a small town, so I would rather have someone's contact info and not need it than not have it and need it.
