How do you tag ppl on fb

Hi I'm wanting to know how you tag ppl on fb. I have the tb

I dont have a FB account anymore, however I dont think you can tag via the APP. The mobile web page has much more that you can do(I think tagging as well) so just make a bookmark to that on your home page.

I've been able to do it from the app. I just do it the same as if I'm on a computer with the @name here format.
