if you set up exchange on the droid u should get your calender. i also use a program called touchdown to sync with outlook.

I use the Google Calendar sync. I have windows 7 and Outlook 2007. The sync seems bullet proof and I get a nice little email every morning with that day's calendar events. Works well for me.

I am using companion link for google... The problem i have with syncing with exchange is that we dont use OWA. Instead we have a BES (crackberry) server. And we don't have the security certs installed on our exchange server. If anyone has any input on how I can get my e-mail/ Calendar on my phone that would be great!!
