How do you remove the sim card is needed on lock screen message?

Does anyone know how to remove the message about sim card is needed to operate phone on lock screen.
I am back on stock ruu but rooted and use cdma with no sim.
it was removed with flashed rom but I am back to stock now.

I don't know that you can remove that message. I mean you can remove it if you can find the message in the lockscreen apk but that's a lot of work. Does it go away if you put the phone in airplane mode?

Yes, the airplane mode show when it is enabled.

Well, I went back to Newt's rom. I figured out the ottrbox was causing my issue with the screen going black. I took the phone out of the ottrbox and it not doing the same as before.
