How do you mark Favorite places on Map?

I was wondering does Google Map keep something like an Favorite List or address book?

I couldn't find the option on the Map App.

Ummm...dang, I can't remember the name if the app, but someone else will. I don't think you can do it with the stock android software, but it is possible to save a list of favorites.

Odd thing is that Google Map has an layer called "Favorites"

Pretty counter intuitive that you cannot assign them with the APP.

Can you do it from map.google.com with a Computer or something?

Favorite Places - Google Maps

In the app, go to Menu, Layers, your last destinations will be shown in a list. Not sure yet how long the list can get.

You can also create routes in google maps from the PC and save them, They show up as layers in the Droid maps....
