how do I uninstall something I can't find in Market?

I downloaded Dolphin browser and now I want to uninstall it. The new dolphin is up and I can't find the old one in market so now I can't uninstall it. how can I uninstall it now that its not in market? before, I would find an app in market, select it, select uninstall, and click why I want it uninstalled. I can't do this with dolphin because the old one isn't in market anymore. any suggestions?

Can't you do it directly from your phone?Settings>Applications>manage applications

I've uninstalled by going to the Downloads area of the Market without having to search.
