How do I turn on Auto Sync for my Corporate Email Account

I have a droid 4 running ICS. I have set up my Corp Email account (Exchange) and I can see all the downloaded email but It won't sync automatically with any new mail. How do I turn that feature on? whe I look at Home-Settings--corporate it says that sync is off. Please help??? Thanks
