how do I tell dolphin to skip mobile optomized sites?

I just downloaded Dolphin HD. How do I make it go straight to the normal version of websites? I can't seem to find the setting.

I don't believe there is a setting for this. If there is, I'd like to know too. Opera browser does this though.

I tried this and it didn't work for me on certain web sites any other ideas? I changed to desktop and it works for some sites but for instance, I went to nytimes.com and it still puts in mobile.
