How do I set notification intervals for text messages on my Droid??

I have a Droid and I used to use Handcent for my text messaging, but it started screwing up so I uninstalled it. My question is, is it possible to set the regular messaging thing to notify you in different intervals? Like, if you get a text and are not in the room and then 2 (or however many) mins later it beeps again to let you know you have an unread message??

I Use Easy Reminder. Works well for me.
