How do I save contact profile pictures

I accidentally deleted my whole gallery of pictures. I seen one of them still saved under one of my contacts profile. How can I save that picture back to my phone? I have hooked my cell up to my laptop but it is not reading anything off my phone or card? Thanks in advance.:heart:
