how do i save a picture in a mms to my phone

.I can't for the the life of me figure out how to save a picture that someone sends me in a text message onto my phone. It only gives me the option to set it as wallpaper or contact.

Press your finger down on the MMS picture and hold it, a menu should pop up, save to SD card should be one option.
