How do I Refresh and also Select?

Brand new M Droid user. Just switched from BB. Can't figure out how to refresh either a webpage or facebook or anything for that matter. Is there a button that actually says refresh? Also, I used to select, copy and paste alot in BB but can I do that with the Droid? If so, how? Thanks!

When you are on a web page to refresh your browser select menu button and then refresh.

Copy paste can be done on Droid but it is not the easiest thing in the world to do. Copy/paste on email is extremely difficult but the both work the same way.
