how do i make my dock apps work?

i'm use launcher pro with launcher pro icons.
when i click on these icons on the "dock" they take me to the app

when i click on these icons on the "dock" they take me to this page

how do i make this links go to that app?
also i do i make the apps in the dock colored?

Are you saying that when you press on the + icons they take you to the selections page? If so, then all you have to do is press "Applications" and then when the apps page shows up select which app you want and it will replace the "+" icon. Do that for each plus.

If that was not what you were asking, then I have no clue.

And if you change your mind about an app, do a long press. It'll bring up the "Select Shortcut" option.

As for coloring, when an app comes in you have a choice of either using the default icon or a custom one. Select "Custom" if you have one for it.
