How do I display Caller ID?

Hello,
This may sound silly, but I just got the TB and added all my contacts (not under SIM card but rather on Phone). When I call my phone, it shows UNKNOWN CALLER. I also had my friend call me and it still shows unknown caller. Then, I called him. He sees my name on his phone but I can't see his name on mine. Is there a setting that's blocking all names/calls coming in?

Call technical support (*611 or 800-922-0204), they can fix that for you

Thanks for the help. I just spoke with someone and forgot to mention that I just ported my old number into the TB. The operator said it may take 24 hours for the information to sync. Cross my fingers tomorrow to see who's calling me instead of unknown caller.

I just came back from Verizon and the tech was wondering as well. As soon as he typed in my phone number into the computer, he realized it wasn't enabled. That's it. Everything is fine. Thank you everyone...:icon_ banana:
