How do I copy music to my phone from my SD card?

What im tryingto do is copy my music from my old music offs old sd card and pit it on my phone so I can use my new sd card

Move the music off your old sdcard to your computer then plug in your new phone to the computer and mount the sdcard and move your music to the new one.
