New sd card

So I have been using my sd card from my blackberry since I got my Droid X in July. I'm running out of room on my 8gb and want to upgrade to a 16gb card. I transfered everything to the new card. All the pics and music files are there on the disc when plugged in my computer, but are missing from my gallery or music library on my phone. Any idea why?

Did you move the dcim folder over as well? That's where all the pics are.

DCIM...yes, and also note, that it is simple a file path......if it is not there just put the file folder in the camera slot on the SD card.
