How do I bloody unroot? Trying to warranty my device

my phoens already unrooted... but thesuperuser permission icon is still there

If you flash the sbf file listed using RSD lite it will remove the superuser permissions icon also.

i hold X when booting and i dont go to sprecovery...

The only way I know how to get rid of that superuser icon is to flash the sbf file. I used it twice a couple of weeks ago when I had to return my phones to verizon and it works flawlessly. If someone knows another way maybe they can chime in but the link I gave you works perfectly and you will not have the icon there afterwards.

Yes, you download RSD lite you your PC. You will flash the file from the bootloader screen. Just go step by step and it should go smoothly. The only issues I have heard are with people using windows 7 but I had no issue using vista or xp.

I have had no problems with win7, but if you follow the directions given, you will have no issues.
